Business Builders
Ideal for: founders of early stage businesses or those who have been in business for a while, and have little fundamental knowledge of: sales, operations, marketing, legal issues and financials.
Description: Business Builders is a comprehensive, 10-week training program that is designed to help you launch and grow your business with confidence. After working through topics such as pricing, marketing, and legal issues, you’ll move forward with a tool-box of planning templates from GrowthWheel, a business plan draft using LivePlan, and more.

Restaurant Business Builders
Ideal for: those planning to start or who have recently started a food cart, restaurant, bar, or catering business. They most often don't have sales, or know how to go about getting a lease, and often have not yet registered their business with the state of Oregon. They don't have employees and may not know how to hire, manage, and/or fire staff.
Description: Restaurant Business Builders gives you all the benefits of Business Builders, but with a focus on starting a restaurant, food-truck or catering business. By learning inside information from industry experts and successful restaurateurs, you’ll be ready to launch and grow your restaurant business with confidence.

Getting Your Recipe to Market
Ideal for: those wanting to learn how to develop their existing recipe into a commercial ready food and beverage product. This program is not intended for someone who has already been selling a packaged wholesale product.
Description: Getting Your Recipe to Market is designed to help you turn your recipe into a commercial-ready food product in just 12 weeks. With support from food industry experts, OSU’s Food Innovation Center, and New Seasons Market, you’ll be prepared to launch into the marketplace with confidence.
